ETB Technologies delivers top-tier refurbished IT solutions to companies across the UK and beyond. Now, we’re looking for a confident, people-focused Sales Account Manager to join our growing team.
You’ll be the go-to expert for building relationships, managing customer accounts, and identifying new opportunities. While experience in IT is a bonus, it’s not a requirement — we’re more interested in your ability to sell, communicate, and deliver results.
A Bit About the Role
As the face of ETB to your accounts, you’ll provide excellent service while proactively managing and growing customer relationships. You’ll identify needs, craft tailored solutions, and manage everything from quote to close — all while championing our customers and exceeding expectations.
Your Experience
* At least 2 years of experience in sales or account management
* Comfortable managing the full sales cycle — from first contact to close
* Excellent communication skills and a genuine enthusiasm for working with people
* Confident using CRM systems and managing a structured sales pipeline
* A proactive mindset — you enjoy seeking out opportunities, not just waiting for them
* Tech experience is a plus, but not essential — we’ll support you if you’re eager to learn
What You’ll Be Doing
* Build and nurture strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and helping them find the right solutions
* Deliver tailored quotes and manage the full sales process, from initial contact to follow-up
* Have the ability to produce creative and commercially sound solutions for your customers
* Clearly communicate the value of our products and services
* Proactively manage and grow your portfolio of accounts, identifying upsell and repeat business opportunities
* Provide exceptional service before and after the sale, ensuring your customers feel supported every step of the way
* Stay on top of market trends and product knowledge to offer up-to-date advice
* Maintain accurate CRM records and track your performance against key targets
