The Technical Implementation Consultant is responsible for delivering implementation and training for our enterprise on-premise software, axiUm. The successful candidate will have a demonstrated track record of building solid relationships with our clients by providing them with an exceptional service experience through well-developed tools and a robust customer-centric attitude. Key traits include having a sense of urgency and ownership, and the need to provide accurate, timely solutions. In this role you’re leverage your project management and consulting skills.

This is a hybrid role, with one to two days in the office per week, to facilitate brainstorming and team building. Our office is located across from Guildford Mall, in Surrey, BC.
Responsibilities:
1. Analyze client requirements, workflows and configure tailored software solutions that align with business processes.
2. Lead technical sessions with clients to discuss system requirements and identify needed integration points.
3. Ensure seamless testing, data migration and integration with client systems.
4. Troubleshoot technical issues during implementation and provide hands-on solutions to meet project deliverables.
5. Develop and deliver training to client stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition to the new system.
6. Coordinate with teams on data migrations, system integrations, and API configurations to ensure seamless functionality.
7. Maintain internal tools and documentation to support the team and client’s adoption of the solution.
8. Consistently deliver exceptional service experiences with clients.
Qualifications:
1. 4+ years experience in a client-facing enterprise application implementation role with project management, technical consulting or related experience.
2. A degree or diploma in a post-secondary technical program or in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
3. Proven software implementation, training, and consulting experience.
4. Strong understanding of system integrations, APIs, and data migrations.
5. Proficiency with tools such as SQL, CRM/ERP systems, and enterprise software platforms.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.
7. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Requirements:
1. Up to 40% of Canada, U.S., and international travel to support team members at client sites or to attend industry conferences and events.
2. This hybrid (#LI-HYBRID) role has up to two days in the office to facilitate brainstorming and team building.

The posted range for this position is between CAD 77,500 and CAD 90,000 which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient and experienced in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including prior experience, training, current skills, certifications & education etc.
