Our payment network connectivity includes CHAPS, Open Banking, SEPA, SWIFT and account issuance in multiple currencies. We are principal issuing members of Visa and Mastercard schemes across UK and Europe. Our regulatory permissions and governance structure are the foundations of our business. We are regulated and supervised as an Authorised Electronic Money Institution (AEMI) in the UK by the Financial Conduct Authority and in the Netherlands by De Nederlandsche Bank. The Role: The Associate Account Executive is crucial for Modulr's growth, driving the business by identifying new opportunities, fostering client relationships, and shaping sales strategies. Their work increases our customer base, promotes customer satisfaction, and ensures Modulr stays innovative in the finance industry. The successful Account Executive will play a major role in leading and shaping how we are changing the way the way SMEs make payments. Improving SMEs cashflows Reducing needless administration and helping businesses save time Ensuring SMEs can access the latest payment technology. Specific Duties: Depending on the project, you will need to be comfortable doing the following: Working with and supporting the SDR team to drive qualified pipe within the sales cycle Own the commercial performance for the territory you are working. Manage the sales process from prospect to close Develop and manage relationships with prospects and existing customers through a combination of daily, out-bound calling and as needed in-person meetings Work in a highly dynamic environment, focusing on execution and ensuring plans come to fruition; consistently build strong relationships with stakeholders both internally and externally. The Team: As a crucial member of the SME Channel team at Modulr Finance, you will be working in a tightly knit unit, or "Pod", which consists of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and yourself. Your role will be instrumental in managing a specific territory, strategising, and overseeing the execution of sales plans. You will have the opportunity to interact with two other similar pods, fostering a spirit of teamwork and shared learning. You will report directly to the Head of Channel Sales, ensuring that targets are met and exceeded, while also identifying opportunities for growth and improvement. About you The successful Associate Account Executive will have a track-record in delivering results in a fast-moving business and hence be comfortable with change and uncertainty. Excellent stakeholder management experience is essential to being successful in this role.
