U21 Assistant Head Coach
Who are we: Everton Football Club is one of world sport's most respected and revered names - a by-word for innovation and professionalism during the course of a glittering history that spans three centuries.
One of the 12 founder members of the Football League, Everton has played more games in English football's top flight than any other club.
While rightly proud of our rich past, and Goodison Park, our home of more than 130 years, we are now setting our sights on an exciting future at a state-of-the-art new stadium currently being constructed on the banks of the iconic River Mersey.
In doing so, we remain committed to developing and supporting teams across our men’s, women’s and Academy set-ups that inspire and compete at the highest level of the game.
Our values underpin how we behave, how we represent our club in our city and across the world of football, and how we look after one another and our community. They provide a framework for how we work and engage with partners, suppliers and, most importantly, our fans.
About the opportunity: For decades, our Club’s Academy has been one of the most respected and renowned in football. Its vision to develop young players who are technically and tactically capable of playing for Everton or having a career in the professional game remains as focused as ever.
We now have a unique and extremely exciting opportunity for an experienced coach to join us as our Under 21 Assistant Head Coach within our Academy, for the remainder of the season.

3. Devise technical and tactical training sessions in line with Coaching philosophy.
4. Work with the Head of Academy Coaching to comply with the Premier League, FA and EPPP rules and requirements – ensuring that PMA is kept up to date.
Who we are looking for: We are looking for someone who has an outstanding track record, has been in a similar role and is able to show a clear understanding of how to coach and develop youth and professional football players within an established Academy environment.
Essential qualifications for this role include:
1. UEFA A Licence
