About the Role:
My client is looking for an experienced Bid Manager to join their team in Belfast or Durham. The ideal candidate will have experience writing tenders and bids for large-scale infrastructure projects, specifically within the EV charging, ICP (Independent Connection Provider), and utilities sectors.
As a Bid Manager, you will be responsible for leading the bid process, writing high-quality proposals, and ensuring that submissions meet client requirements, deadlines, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Bid Management: Lead the full bid process for EV, ICP, utility, and infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with tender requirements.
2. Proposal & Contract Writing: Draft, review, and refine contracts and proposals for Data/Electrical Networks, EV Infrastructure, LV/HV substations, and Civil Engineering.
3. Tender Submission: Manage timely, high-quality submissions of tenders, PQQs, and supporting documents, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
4. Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with project managers, engineers, senior leadership, and Business Development to gather insights and align bid strategies.
