Supervise day-to-day operations of the administrative department in a retail environment.
Develop office policies and procedures, and ensure they are implemented appropriately.
Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
Organise and maintain office common areas.
Manage internal and external communication, including mail and package delivery.
Coordinate and manage appointments, meetings and event calendars.
Handle queries from team members and clients.
Implement measures to maintain workplace safety and manage emergencies effectively.Profile
