Madisons Recruitment are recruiting for a Multi Trader to start as soon as possible in Birmingham on a job-by-job basis (Self-Employed).
We are ideally looking for candidates with an extensive background in domestic and commercial insurance work. You will be completing various trade tasks across multiple sites in Birmingham whilst maintaining a high standard of workmanship and professionalism.
Responsibilities
1. Execute a variety of tasks, including carpentry, plastering, tiling, plumbing, and basic electrical work.
2. Complete repairs, maintenance, and renovations on residential and commercial properties.
3. Ensure all work is completed to a high standard, on time, and within project specifications.
4. Maintain clear and courteous communication with clients and team members.
5. Adhere to all health and safety regulations on-site.
Requirements
1. CSCS Card
2. Own tools, van & PPE
3. Full UK Driving License
4. Proven experience in multiple trades (e.g., carpentry, plumbing, tiling, plastering, etc.)
5. Experience with domestic and commercial insurance work preferred.
6. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
7. Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
8. Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
