The Role:
This role, reporting directly to the Head of Operations, presents an excellent opportunity for a proactive, process driven individual to take responsibility for providing support to the office functions within the business with opportunity for career development and progression
Key Responsibilities:
* Support Leadership team with collating documentation for weekly client reviews and tracking Monthly KPIs
* Support Sales Enablement & Marketing teams with data, reporting and analysis on a daily basis
* CRM tracking and reporting
* Management of Leadership diaries – proactively organising meetings, travel, reports and communication with clients while maintaining confidentiality
* Typing of correspondence, reports, minutes and presentation documents, ensuring all documentation is referenced
* Arrangement of all team meetings, ensuring that catering and room facilities are booked and setup in advance of the meeting
* Assisting the wider team with documentation production
* Working alongside the other teams and managing the induction of all new starters into the office
* Data Inputting and maintenance
* Secretarial/admin support to the office
* Aiding the other members of the wider team as and when required
* Support with management of external cleaning staff

* High level of IT competency - G-Suite - other system training will be provided
* Experience of Canva is desirable but not essential

* Able to deal with confidential information
* Client friendly at all levels
