KCR Solutions are working a fantastic organisation based in Stockton in their search for an Accounts Assistant.Reporting to the Financial Controller, this role has the opportunity to progress as you become more confident and familiar with the business. Creating invoices for sales Inputting and processing sales invoices Allocating payments Month end reporting Setting up new clients Chasing overdue debt Raising applications Assisting with information for the monthly board pack Processing weekly payroll (training given) Reconciling statements THIS IS POSITION IS FULLY OFFICE BASED Mon - Thurs 8.30am- 5, Fri 8.30 - 4.30pm Holidays 25 statutory bank holidays. You also get 1 day for your birthday.As an individual you will be positive and outgoing, it is vital that you have strong attention to detail, offer flexibility and be someone who will assist within the team, providing support where required.You will have some experience with finance, ideally within sales ledger or general invoice processing. My client will provide training and support.
