Main Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the IT Director, you as the Transformation Change Manager will be executing a change management framework across Tarmac’s Transformation and provide change and communications support to the Transformation Office, Transformation Function and the wider business.
On a day to day basis, the responsibilities of the Transformation Change Manager will include (not exhaustive):
1. Developing and evolving the overall change management framework and approach for Tarmac’s Transformation Function and Tarmac
2. Leading the implementation of Tarmac’s change management framework across the Transformation program activity and Transformation Function
3. For large scale programmes, working with the transformation project teams including 3rd party vendors on change & communication activities
4. For small change projects and IT / Technology teams, working with teams to identify which elements of their project require change management support and develop a change plan to manage them
5. Ensuring a standardised approach to change management is executed across all project teams within the Transformation Roadmap and across the wider function.
6. Providing change management expertise across the Transformation Function as required
7. Supporting the development and delivery of content for programme engagements
8. Working with the Tarmac Communications Team to develop content and supporting wider organisation communications

9. To be successful in this role of Transformation Change Manager, you as the ideal candidate should be a self-starting and independent professional with strong collaboration skills, be skilled in gaining buy-in and support from stakeholders at all levels and be able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
