ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
* Sales Strategy Development: Create and execute comprehensive sales plans aligned with company goals, analysing market trends and identifying new business opportunities.
* Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, proactively addressing their needs and concerns to foster loyalty and repeat business.
* Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline by identifying potential leads, qualifying opportunities, and ensuring effective lead nurturing throughout the sales cycle.
* Performance Analysis: Regularly review sales performance data, identify areas for improvement and implement necessary adjustments to sales strategies.
* Reporting and Communication: Prepare and present detailed sales reports to senior management, providing insights into market trends and sales performance.
* Market Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and market dynamics to inform sales strategies.

* Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, ideally within the relevant industry
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and motivate team members
