We are a cosy Japanese restaurant in the city centre of Plymouth that prides itself on serving the highest quality authentic Japanese food.
We are seeking a hot kitchen line chef who has a passion for ramen and various dishes, and is willing to learn Japanese cuisine.
Responsibilities:
1. Have prior cooking experience in a commercial kitchen.
2. Be able to work independently while ensuring both food quality and hygiene standards are maintained.
3. Have good knowledge of different types of allergies and experience using frying pan, deep fryer, and handling raw ingredients.
Only candidates who have completed all our assessments will be considered.
Level 2 Hygiene Certificate or above is preferred.
