Aqua Cure manufactures and supplies water treatment systems and products, mainly B2B, across a range of sectors from Hospitality to Domestic. Our products range from domestic water filters to purpose designed and engineered treatment plants. Based in Burscough near Ormskirk in a purpose built facility employing around 50 people.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for the right candidate to join a fast developing team within the Direct to Consumer E-commerce department. The office based role is the perfect opportunity to provide best in class customer service and a friendly reminder service to an established base of customers, whilst problem solving and learning about the world of water treatment. Your duties will encompass a versatile approach, involving speaking to customers over the phone, dealing with incoming enquiries and problem solving. Full product and system training is given to ensure you are thoroughly equipped to make the most of each opportunity.
Requirements
What this role involves:
* Overseeing day to day customer service of our e-commerce platforms including Amazon, eBay and various websites
* Inbound call handling, advising end-users of the right water treatment products
* Outbound call reminder service to existing customers
* Providing best in class customer service to a wide range of customers
* Responding to customer queries via email, telephone and web chat
* Maintaining and building rapport with customers, understanding their needs
* Instigating solutions to help the customer
* A desire to meet daily and monthly targets, leading to commissions payments
What we're looking for:
* Previous Customer Service and sales experience
* Previous E-commerce platform experience
* Ability to work in a dynamic, face-paced environment
* Able to work within a close team
* Outstanding telephone manner and rapport building skills
* Organised approach to workload
* Good IT skills
