A successful established business offering a Kitchen and Bathroom Installation Service and proud members of the Guild of Master Craftsmen and the BIKBBI.
Based in Eccleshall but operating mainly within the Crewe/Cheshire areas.
We are looking for an experienced Bathroom Fitter to join our skilled Bathroom Fitting team committed to creating exceptional Bathroom solutions.
We prioritise quality, cleanliness and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
* Install and fit Bathroom fixtures, including sinks, toilets, bathtubs and showers, along with cabinet construction and hanging. Experience required in the fitting of shower/aqua panels.
* Experience in both 1st fix and 2nd fix plumbing along with a high standard in final finish.
* Conduct all plumbing work to ensure proper water supply and drainage.
* Use power tools and hand tools to cut, shape and assemble materials.
* Communicate appropriately with clients to understand their preferences and requirements.
* Resolve any issues that may arise during the fitting process.
* Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in the work environment and organised workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
* Troubleshoot issues that arise during the fitting process, implementing solutions promptly.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Bathroom Fitter or similar role is preferred.
* Valid driver's licence and own transportation.
* Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools.
* Strong knowledge of Bathroom design, plumbing and construction techniques.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
* Good customer service skills.
* Physical ability to handle the demands of the job.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Ability to commute and work within a 25-mile radius of Crewe.
* Excellent problem-solving skills are crucial for success in this role.
