We are looking for a Support Assistant to join our Public Protection & Antisocial Behaviour (PPASB) team on a fixed term, job share basis for 9 months. You should have excellent communication and organisational skills, and be able to perform a wide range of both customer service and administrative duties as is consistent with supporting the work of a multi-skilled team who provide both public protection and antisocial behaviour functions. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the team, supporting the team’s key enforcement functions. Key responsibilities: Undertake a broad range of customer service and administrative duties as is consistent with supporting the work of a multi skilled team providing public protection and antisocial behaviour functions. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate: Ability to cope with work that is subject to changing demands. Experience of dealing with members of the public. Experience of handling sensitive and confidential data. Experience of working with basic equipment such as mobile phones, office equipment etc. Ability to work as part of a team.
