We are looking for an administrator to join a company based in Wolverhampton. The administrator will provide support to a team of internal sales agents.
Are you able to start work straight away? Do you have some administration experience? If so, we want to hear from you.
Job Summary
• Enter orders for products onto internal system
• Place purchase orders with local suppliers.
• Scan orders into the system and file accordingly.
• Raise internal job cards against individual orders.
• General administrative duties as required (scanning/filing)
• Being self-motivated, and willing to learn and develop further into this role.
Requirements
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Computer literacy, particularly with Excel
• Must be confident, self-motivated and willing to learn and develop within the role
Full Time 40 Hours per week 08.30 - 17.30 Monday - Friday.
