This role requires a seasoned leader with previous experience as a principal within Special Educational Needs (SEN) settings. Your expertise will be essential in driving student progress, managing resources effectively, and fostering collaborative relationships with parents, carers, and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the school's strategic direction, ensuring alignment with national priorities and local authority requirements.
* Develop and implement effective teaching and learning strategies that cater to diverse student needs.
* Monitor and evaluate student progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing targeted interventions.
* Maintain accurate records, reports, and data analysis to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
* Foster positive relationships with parents, carers, and external partners, promoting a culture of transparency, trust, and collaboration.
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years' experience as a principal in SEN settings.
* Strong leadership and management skills, with a proven track record of success.
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
* Degree in Education or related field, with relevant qualifications and certifications.
* Possession of a DBS Enhanced Disclosure and Registration with the Teaching Regulation Agency (TRA).
