About the role…
We are looking for an enthusiastic and Contracts and Procurement Support Officer to join our hard-working, contracts and procurement team. You will support Ubico in providing an excellent contract management service.
This is a busy role so you will need to be highly organised. You will support the Contracts Manager to deliver effective contract management within Ubico. Ensuring colleagues have access to the right equipment and services to deliver an efficient service for our shareholders. You will be an integral part of the contracts and procurement team liaising with suppliers and internal teams to manage contract performance, ensure compliance and effective service delivery.
This role is contractually based at our Cheltenham Depot however, flexible working arrangements are available. This can be discussed further at interview.
You will need…
Good interpersonal skills: works together with employees, colleagues and other internal and external stakeholders to resolve problems, obtain information and make things happen.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Ability to work as part of a team and deal with customers, colleagues and management in a courteous, helpful and friendly manner.
Full driving licence and own car available and insured for business use.
