📌 Your Role
You will contribute significantly by assisting the New Product Development (NPD) and Technical teams in transforming innovative concepts into reality while ensuring product quality is upheld.
Project Support & Coordination
* Coordinate plant trial requests, manage sample logistics, and maintain clear documentation.
* Keep project teams aligned and up to date.
Product Development Involvement
* Source and collect competitor or benchmarking samples.
* Measure key product attributes and support product tastings and benchmarking sessions.
Quality & Documentation
* Prepare and print final product photo guides to support launches.
* Support the creation of QAS documents and maintain quality trackers and raw material records.
Administrative Excellence
* Confidently use Microsoft Office to manage data, timelines and communications.
✅ What You’ll Need to Succeed
* Admin and organisational skills with solid Microsoft Office knowledge
* A collaborative mindset and willingness to get hands-on with products
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Good communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
* A full UK driving licence (useful for sample collection and bakery visits)
* Prior experience in a food or technical environment is a plus – but not essential. If you’re passionate about learning, we’ll support your growth.
