TEAM ADMINISTRATOR
An amazing six-week temporary opportunity to work for an industry-leading recruitment agency ranked as the number one support agency in London!
You will be a key support for the smooth running of the office assisting the recruiters and business with critical administration and compliance tasks. You will be working with a boutique recruitment company who have been in business for over two decades supporting some of the most well-known names in business as well as exciting new start-ups.
TEAM ADMINISTRATOR ROLE:
1. Front line for all incoming calls (300 per day)
2. Meeting and greeting candidates at the office (5 - 10 per day)
3. Preloading candidates into the CRM system (this is done automatically but there are parts we do manually in addition)
4. CV formatting (5 – 10 per day – busier when permanent hiring picks up again)
5. Posting and refreshing job adverts
6. Requesting, chasing, and loading employment references
7. Preparing confirmation of employment letters for candidates
8. Sending and loading skill testing results
9. Completing Right to Work checks
10. Scanning right to work documents and other paperwork
11. Managing the running of the office – ordering supplies, managing facilities, liaising with landlord and cleaner, taking deliveries, clearing meeting rooms
12. Providing backup support to cover payroll tasks during periods of staff annual leave
13. Support with external events as well as internal team events, birthdays etc.
TEAM ADMINISTRATOR ESSENTIALS:
1. Minimum of one year of administration experience
2. Great understanding of Microsoft Office products
3. Experience managing a shared inbox
4. High attention to detail
5. Clear, confident and concise communicator
6. Able to work to deadlines and under pressure
7. Strong sense of team and collaboration
8. Fast-paced and proactive mindset
