Our client, a professional membership organisation is recruiting for a temporary Administrative Executive.
You will have particular focus on administrative activities in line with their qualifications whilst being flexible in your approach to other team activities.
Process learner registrations and certifications on the management system (Quartz).
Provide administration support to the Quality Assurance Team when required.
Respond to email enquiries, assist with other administration and general office duties as required.
Respond and action enquiries from members, learners, and other customers of the organisation via phone and email.
A ‘customer first’ attitude with clear customer service skills and a polite and professional phone manner
Confident use of Microsoft Office software particularly Outlook, Word and Excel, which is essential for this role.
Previous experience of using iMIS and Quartz would be preferable but not essential as training will be provided.
Flexible allrounder who is keen to learn and happy to step out of core role to take on additional tasks.
