Your responsibilities In the role as Executive Search Lead, you will undertake end to end hiring for SMT hires globally, with a focus on Reckitt's top 450 talents. You will work across Europe, US and Emerging Markets. Overarching responsibilities include: Engage and assess executive level candidates, leveraging strategic thinking and influencing skills to bring talent into the organization Robust experience in talent sourcing, management, and development of proactive recruitment channels for Senior Leadership Team (SMT) hires. Competent in project management, with a talent for clear, influential stakeholder communication Aptitude for nurturing talent pipelines and leading a performance-driven team. Strong analytical skills for strategic decision-making and process enhancement. Demonstrated commitment to promoting diversity and shaping inclusive work environments; the ability to build gender diverse shortlists. Experience in storytelling; leveraging data, insights, external talent landscape knowledge to influence and drive hiring decisions. Innovating to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our systems and processes which will reduce time to hire, agency spend and enhance the overall candidate experience The experience we're looking for Proven track record managing full recruitment cycles for SMT hiring, aligning talent strategy with business growth. Core capabilities/experience/skills include: Robust experience in talent sourcing, management, and development of proactive recruitment channels for executive hiring (ideally across multiple functions/business units). Seeking a collaborative team player, with experience maximising teams as well as individual performance. Excellent domain expertise in executive search or executive talent acquisition. The ability to maintain a high level of personal accountability, integrity and authenticity A solution finder with a positive 'I/we can' attitude, willing to push the boundaries through business collaboration in order to deliver top diverse talent that will aid the business in achieving global objectives Competent in project management, with a talent for clear, influential stakeholder communication.
