Position Summary
The Head of Data Management and Data Governance will lead the organisation’s data management and governance strategy, overseeing data quality, data governance policies, data architecture, and data lifecycle management to ensure data integrity, accessibility, security, and compliance. Further, they will support senior leadership by creating business insights, reports, and analyses to aid in the decision-making process. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Digital Architecture, Member Services, Compliance and all areas of Operations, to establish and uphold best practices for data handling, support strategic data initiatives, and cultivate a data-driven culture across the organisation.

Data Strategy & Governance Development:
* Develop, implement, and maintain the organisation's data governance framework, policies, and standards.
* Establish strategic priorities for data governance and data quality management aligned with business objectives.
* Drive data stewardship programs and foster a data governance culture, ensuring accountability and ownership of data assets across departments.
Data Quality & Compliance:
