About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Transformation Director to lead and deliver large-scale business and IT transformation programmes across a complex, regulated environment. This role will drive strategic change, enhance operational efficiency, and support the transition towards a more sustainable, digitally enabled future.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead the successful delivery of multi-million-pound transformation programmes, ensuring alignment with business strategy and regulatory requirements.
2. Oversee enterprise-wide technology modernisation, including ERP implementation, digital transformation, and operational system upgrades.
3. Drive cost efficiency and performance improvements across large-scale infrastructure and energy networks.
4. Work closely with C-suite executives, regulators, and key stakeholders to define transformation roadmaps and governance frameworks.
5. Ensure seamless integration of new technologies and operating models to support sustainability and decarbonisation goals.
6. Develop and lead high-performing teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Key Requirements
1. Extensive experience leading large-scale transformation programmes (£50M+), ideally within highly regulated industries (Energy, Utilities, Infrastructure, or similar).
2. Strong expertise in digital transformation, ERP implementation, and operational system integration.
3. Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder environments, including senior leadership, government bodies, and regulatory agencies.
4. Track record of driving operational efficiencies and embedding new operating models at scale.
5. Experience working within sustainability, net-zero, or energy transition initiatives is highly desirable.
6. Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution skills.
