Job Spec: Are you a dedicated social/public sector research specialist keen to have autonomy, lead your own client accounts, and focus on ad hoc studies? Do you love pushing boundaries and working with techniques such as behavioral and neuroscience? Do you thrive in an open, diverse, forward-thinking culture? If so, this could be the role for you!
This award-winning consultancy prides itself on its great culture as well as its ability to excel in delivering strategic, impactful insights to a range of high-profile clients. Their social research division is well established as a trusted adviser to high-profile names in the public/social/government/non-profit sector. This role will see you sitting in a leadership position, developing relationships with key accounts, managing junior researchers on projects, and being heavily involved in the end-to-end activities of winning business, from proposal writing and the design and setup of projects through to the delivery of astute and engaging insight.
As an Associate Director, you will enjoy a fast-paced, varied, client-facing role working in partnership with your own key clients - getting to know their organizations and gaining a deep understanding of their challenges. You will have a creative spark, respect for others, and love partnering with colleagues, suppliers, and clients to help solve wide-ranging public service challenges and issues.
A very strong benefits package, competitive salary, and excellent progression opportunities await!
