Sales and Marketing Assistant Monday to Friday 9am – 5.30pm West Malling – 5 days on site, no hybrid working £28-32k bens progression PLEASE NOTE, THIS ROLE DOES NOT OFFER SPONSORSHIP SO PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO WORK IN THE UK PERMANENTLY WITHOUT RESTRICTIONS Pearson Whiffin’s Business Support Division is pleased to be representing a high-end business within the built environment in their search for a motivated Sales and Marketing Assistant This role would suit a graduate in their second role, or someone qualified by experience looking for an office-based, commercial generalist Marketing role with an element of creativity Duties of this Sales and Marketing Assistant role include: · Providing comprehensive administrative support to the Sales and Marketing functions of a b2c organisation within the built environment sector · Liaise with external agencies and oversee public relations, creative strategies and digital marketing initiatives. · Creating content for online and offline marketing. · CRM management and optimisation – Salesforce is used within this business · Contributing to the development of ideas and strategy, working closely in a small team. · Extensive campaign analysis and management using Google Analytics. · Supporting with events and brand awareness. · Any other duties as required The successful candidate will: · Be an energetic and passionate Marketing professional with solid experience within an office based Marketing role, ideally within a related field · Have a good academic record, ideally to degree level in a relevant field (Business, Marketing, PR, English etc.) · Have an exceptional grasp of the English language · Be tech savvy, with an excellent understanding of all MS Office applications, with a focus on Excel (ability to create and manipulate formulas, pivot tables and present data) · Know how to use Google Analytics, ideally with previous training or certification · Be a regular user of the Adobe Suite · Have examples of using CMS platforms in previous roles · Organised and methodical in approach. · Be well spoken and presented with a ‘can do’ attitude · Have a good level of commercial awareness, with the ability to analyse data · Be confident and hardworking, with good interpersonal skills · Have a meticulous attention to detail Why work here? · Beautiful offices in a central location with free parking on site · Generous benefits package · Competitive salary with opportunity to progress · Work within a small team where you can make an impact · Opportunities to upskill · Work for a luxury brand · Interesting, varied workload INTERVIEWS TO BE HELD IMMEDIATELY This role is being handled by Nicole Howe, Recruitment Consultant, Business Support for Pearson Whiffin Recruitment.
