As our team continues to grow, we require additional administrative support to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations. Position Overview Brooks Ecological are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our existing administrative team. Working closely with two team members, you will play a key role in managing administrative tasks, handling client interactions, and maintaining our internal systems. Key Responsibilities Handling general day-to-day administrative queries. Sending out quotes and commissioning work. Setting up projects in our CRM and SharePoint systems. Updating policies and maintaining online health and safety portals. Organising and booking training for staff. Liaising with clients regarding administrative matters. Chasing unpaid invoices and assisting with basic finance tasks. Providing general admin support to staff as needed. Key Skills & Experience Previous administrative experience, ideally within a consultancy or professional services environment. Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and SharePoint is desirable. Highly organised with strong multitasking skills. Excellent communication and client liaison skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks. Working Arrangements Ideally office-based in Guiseley, Leeds, but hybrid or remote working may be considered once training is completed. Part-time role (2 days per week, Monday and Friday preferred).
