Support is provided to students with complex medical needs, a physical or learning disability and/or social and emotional difficulties or mental health issues.As our Learning Support Worker you willBe working within a challenging, dynamic, inclusive educational environment where you will support students to achieve their academic potential in a variety of courses from Maths and English to Motor Vehicle and Performing Arts.Be supporting students to achieve their personal goals, giving them the confidence and ability to learn new skills and manage everyday challenges, to make informed choices and effect positive changes.Receive a high level of training and support via mentoring, supervisions, team meetings and appraisals.Key responsibilities -Build positive relationships with learners and colleaguesWork collaboratively within a wider team and with familiesMaintain accurate and detailed recordsDemonstrate knowledge of current legislative frameworks and safeguardingContribute towards EHCP meetings and reviewsSet a positive example daily, demonstrating the values of Together TrustAbout YouYou will play an integral part in ensuring the service is effective and consistent at the point of delivery.
