Educational Psychologist

Hybrid working - £500.00 per day.
Spencer Clarke Group are reaching for a knowledgeable Educational Psychologist on behalf of one of our public clients. You will provide expert psychological assessments, interventions, and advice to help children and young people overcome barriers to learning and personal development.
The individuals you will work closely with are parents, educational individuals and other professionals, ensuring that every child receives the best possible support which meets their individual needs.
What you will do:
* Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for students with learning difficulties, behavioural challenges, and emotional concerns.
* Provide evidence-based recommendations to support students' academic, social, and emotional development.
* Support the development of individual education plans (IEPs) for students with additional learning needs.
What we're looking for:
* Full HCPC Registration.
* Post doctoral training in Educational Psychology.
* Proven experience in an educational psychology role, ideally within a school or educational setting.
* A proactive approach and a passion for making a positive impact on children's educational and emotional well-being.
As the post involves substantial access to children, the Trust is entitled, under arrangements introduced for the protection of children, to check with the police for the existence and content of any criminal convictions or cautions of successful applicants. Any information received will be kept in strict confidence.
