Our client, is well-established and successful within the automotive sector, and looking for an experienced administrator to join their team. This role is a permanent position.
The administrator will be supporting the HQ Sales and Finance team. Our client is looking for someone who is experienced in administration, can work independently, and prioritise handling multiple projects at the same time.
This is a varied and fast paced role, full training will be given on processes and systems, with full support from colleagues.
This is an office based role – 40 hours 8am-5pm, however our client are open to different shift patterns on a full time basis.
Key responsibilities:
* Chasing sales paperwork with customers
* Inputting figures onto Excel
* Outbound calls to customers and suppliers
* Collating numerical data
* Payment chasing
* Collating Sales paperwork
Required skills and experience:
* Have a proven track record of working within administration
* Be comfortable communicating with customers and suppliers
* Have excellent attention to detail
* Be an excellent communicator
* Be able to work within a fast paced Environment
* Be able to use Microsoft Excel
