Willow Ward provides intense treatment for service users who are at their most vulnerable. Our team provides care and treatment at the most critical time in their mental health recovery and supports services users with both functional and organic diagnoses. There are several things we focus on as a team to provide a high standard of care: the design of our environment maximises safety, therapy and security. We also deliver our care alongside a multidisciplinary team of highly skilled staff; our staff are specialist within mental health and we work with established staffing levels to minimise risks and to work in a therapeutic way.
