Residential Sales Manager
Based: Rochester, NY
Pay range: $100-150k
Objective:
The Sales Manager at Carrier Enterprise is tasked with overseeing a specific area within a market. This role requires an experienced sales professional who excels at fostering customer relationships and meeting their needs. The Sales Manager will lead and inspire a team of Account Managers to surpass sales objectives.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Executes and monitors sales programs as provided by market leadership.
2. Builds and maintains relationships within your assigned market, aiding your sales team in growing customer accounts.
3. Guides the sales team in identifying new business opportunities within the area.
4. Serves as a mentor and motivator for Account Managers, inspiring them to achieve their sales goals.
5. Proactively addresses customer complaints and escalates issues to leadership as necessary.
6. Monitors and reports on the usage of our CRM system (Salesforce) within your team.
7. Accountable for driving the adoption and usage of multiple digital platforms.
In addition to the above responsibilities, this individual is held accountable for all other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
1. Strong ability to drive revenue and business growth.
2. Excellent customer service skills.
3. Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM systems.
4. Strong multi-tasking skills.
5. Prior management/supervisory experience strongly preferred.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, preferred or a related field.
5+ years of sales experience, preferably in HVAC.
