I am looking for an experienced Repairs Admin to join a well established council on a contracted basis.
As a Repairs Admin, you'll have:
* A housing background
* Strong admin and organisation skills
* Excellent communication skills amongst different lines
* Experience in similar roles, such as: repairs planner, scheduler, works coordinator

£15 - £17 per hour
Repairs Admin
Your responsibilities:
* Scheduling stock condition surveys
* Liaising with customers to organise repairs
* Making sure that the data collected is accurate and up to date in systems
