New opportunity to join an award winning house builder as a Senior Sales Advisor.\n\nSenior Sales Advisor Role\nAs a Sales Advisor, reporting directly to the Sales manager, your primary responsibility is to manage all daily operations at the sales site, ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the customer journey. Key duties involve securing sales reservations, achieving or exceeding sales targets, and efficiently managing the progression of reservations through to contract exchange and legal completion.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nMaintain a high standard of presentation for the Sales marketing suite and the site overall.\nEnsure all necessary information is always up to date and available to provide accurate details to potential buyers.\nConduct site tours, showing potential purchasers the show homes, available properties, and site layout.\nMake sure all site visitors are aware of the company's Health and Safety Policy and are accompanied by a representative at all times.\nKeep accurate records using the company's CRM system.\nRegularly communicate with purchasers, solicitors, and financial advisors.\nArrange home demonstrations with the Site Manager and oversee the handover process according to company policy.\nAttend weekly sales and site meetings with the Site Manager and take minutes.\nCollaborate with Sales Managers and colleagues to propose strategies for increasing sales.\n\nRequired Experience, Qualifications, and Skills:\n\nExperience:\nPrevious experience in face-to-face sales is essential.\nExperience in a Sales Advisor role within residential homebuilding is essential.\n\nSkills:\nStrong negotiation and sales abilities.\nExcellent administrative skills.\nStrong communication and active listening skills.\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.\nProficient in IT with the ability to adapt to new systems.\nA commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion.\n\nRole and Working Conditions:\nFlexibility regarding daily responsibilities and working hours is essential.\nMay involve working alone, depending on the site.\nAbility to travel between sales sites and divisional offices.\nAvailability to work weekends and bank holidays is required.\n\nFor more information, please contact Joanna Collett at C&P Recruitment, or for immediate consideration please apply now.\nConstruction and Property Recruitment Ltd is a recruitment business which provides work-finding services to\nits clients and work-seekers.
