A brief overview:
As an Operations Specialist at Onsi, you’ll be responsible for scaling our customer operations. You’ll work with other team members to help drive efficiency and insight at scale for our customers and the business. This is a crucial role within the Customer Success Operations team to ensure quality and compliance for product launches and ongoing customer relationships.
What you will do:
* Support product delivery and onboarding of our clients.
* Support the Operations Manager in a variety of technical onboarding activities to ensure efficient internal processes.
* Identify and escalate risks and issues related to client onboarding, servicing, configurations, and product delivery.
* Assist the Member Support team by addressing member queries and issues, troubleshooting as needed, and providing timely feedback. Create demonstration accounts as needed to enhance client understanding and streamline the onboarding process.
* Perform quality assurance across web and mobile applications, securing sign-off from clients prior to launches.
* Maintain implementation standards by regularly auditing key client accounts to ensure quality assurance.
* Support broader business operations as required, including ensuring all documents and files are kept up to date and stored in relevant platforms (i.e CRM, Project Management Tools, Compliance Internal folders, etc.).

You will need:
* Strong organizational and time-management skills to organize tasks effectively.
* Ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines consistently.
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data entry, documentation, configurations, and reporting.
* Some exposure to project management or operations software (e.g., Asana, Trello, or ERP systems) is beneficial but not essential.
* Basic problem-solving skills with a logical approach to tackling issues as they arise.
* Basic proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets).
* Strong written and verbal communication skills for clear interaction with team members, stakeholders, and clients.
* Flexibility to adapt to changing demands and handle tasks with a proactive mindset.
* Familiarity with standard office software (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
* Ability to work well in a team environment, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn from others.
* A genuine interest in learning about operations, processes, and industry best practices.
* Commitment to and a genuine interest in developing new skills and improving existing ones.
