Bathroom Showroom Sales Manager
The Role:
An exciting opportunity for an experienced KBB salesperson to join a fast-growing, market-leading company in the North West. In this full-time permanent position, you will be the face of the business, providing exceptional service to customers visiting the showroom, guiding them through the sales and design process, and overseeing the installation journey. Additionally, you will focus on developing new business and nurturing relationships with the local installer network to drive sales and foster long-term partnerships. This is a hands-on role with a combination of showroom sales and proactive outreach via phone to installers and customers alike.
As a Bathroom Showroom Sales Manager, you will work on a rotating weekend schedule (8:30am-5pm Monday-Saturday, 10am-4pm Sunday) and will be based at the Chorley showroom. There is a clear progression pathway to regional management of multiple showrooms for those who excel in their role.
Requirements:
To be considered for the Bathroom Showroom Sales Manager role, you must have a background in bathroom sales and design, whether from a showroom, merchant, or retail environment. You should possess excellent customer service skills, be self-motivated, and have a passion for driving sales and building lasting relationships.

The Package for Bathroom Showroom Sales Manager:
* Salary range of £27,000-40,000, depending on experience.
* 20% annual bonus scheme.
