Ambitious Business Development Manager
Location: Daventry (Hybrid)
Salary: £30K Basic + Uncapped Monthly Commission (Realistic OTE £70K)

We are looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to join a small but rapidly expanding communications company based in Daventry.
You will be expected to sell outsourced call handling and call centre services to small and medium-sized businesses within the UK.
This is a fast-paced role where you will perform as if it's your own business, with full accountability for your marketing, lead generation, and networking strategies. Being part of a smaller company with a close-knit team gives you the chance to make a real difference and be noticed by the directors.
What skills are needed?
For this role, you need two things:
1. A full UK driving licence
2. The ability to sell B2B solutions
The specific product you have sold is not important, as this company will train you on their solutions. However, you need to be able to sell, identify leads, cold call, open doors, and generate your own business (you are not spoon-fed here).
