About the Role
Our award-winning Culinary Team have a new opportunity for a Senior Chef de Partie to join us in, as we embark on exciting year in 2024. Led by our Executive Chef, you will create superb dishes with locally sourced Scottish produce and be responsible for your own section whilst gaining invaluable guidance and development within the resort.
About You
You will be an enthusiastic individual with previous experience as a Chef de Partie. A solid knowledge of culinary terminology and techniques is essential along with being competent in the following: meat, fish and poultry cooking, and the preparation of vegetables, basic stocks, soups, and sauce. You will also be able to demonstrate competencies and skills within the kitchen and enjoy working as part of a team.
Salary
This a full-time permanent role working 40 hours per week, 5 days out of 7 with an element of weekend working. A competitive salary of £31, is offered along with a vast range of associate benefits.
