Your Key Responsibilities as a Test Engineer will include Collaborate as part of the R&D team to test products in the Design and Development stage. Conduct physical examinations and testing to ensure product performance and reliability. i,e, flow analysis. Execute test routines to meet requirements and environmental standards. Write detailed test reports, and offer analysis if required. Manage the test program lifecycle in the testing laboratory, including planning, set up of test, execution, and reporting. Ensure best practices for laboratory testing Maintain in-house test facilities, ensuring compliance, serviceability, and proper calibration. Some travel in Kent maybe required. Your Qualifications We’re looking for a versatile and detail-oriented individual who: Holds a degree in Engineering or Science or a HND/HNC or apprenticeship, candidates with no qualification but experience in a Laboratory or test role should also apply. Is inquisitive, thorough, and capable of working independently while collaborating with the R&D team. Applies scientific / Engineering principles and practical skills to execute test plans. Demonstrates a proactive mindset and a passion for technical challenges.
