What we need from you
As a passionate and experienced UI Design Director, you will be dedicated to elevating our work and leading design teams to create meaningful, beautifully-crafted, and innovative experiences. Your strong understanding of digital-first branding combined with human-centered design principles will be key to your success.
This position requires a balance of hands-on design work, including leading visual direction, creating concepts, and constructing brand frameworks and atomic design systems. You will collaborate with development teams on proof of concepts, lead workshops, present work, and skillfully manage client feedback sessions.

Leadership and Management:
* Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of UI designers, staying up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
* Foster a collaborative and creative work environment.
* Provide guidance and feedback being a positive role model to ensure the team's work meets high standards of quality.
Design, Strategy and Vision:
* Define, concept, design and implement a design strategy and vision aligned with the brand and needs to create exceptional and creative digital experiences
* Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders at various levels.
* Champion all areas of the Human-Centered Design process to create deliverables grounded in insight aiming to validate hypotheses
* Conduct and analyse user research to inform design decisions.
* Design, oversee and implement Design systems for large scale brands
* Oversee multiple design projects from conception to completion, the final 5% matters.
* Make the case for what you believe in, always advocating for the people who use our products and experiences
* Collaborate with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to create cohesive and impactful experiences.
* Partner with our clients to ensure we understand their challenges and the users needs.
* Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
