Job Description
InterQuest are partnered with a growing Ecommerce start up who are looking to hire for a Head of Product position. This role will be imperative in the growth of the business, with the Head of Product having ownership of the Product Roadmap and being a key part of the wider technology function within the business.
The role will be of a hybrid nature, with attendance in the office 1-2 times per week in Central London.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing two Product Managers: providing day to day support, coaching and career progression for the Product function - (once in role)
* Defining the product strategy, taking a digital-first approach to lead the Product Roadmap
* Quarterly planning and road mapping processes for the specific Product in the organisation.
* Report into the CTO to ensure all objectives are met.
Key Requirements
* Experience in hands-on product development and management, as well as managing a team of product managers gained in a B2B or B2B2C business
* An analytical mindset with an obsessive focus on data to achieve business goals and meet user's needs
* You’ll have the ability to context switch in the detail whilst keeping in mind the bigger picture product vision
* You’ll be self-motivated and outcome driven, with an ability to challenge the status quo and articulate a path to get there
* You’ll have excellent communication skills and strong commercial acumen, including skills in market analysis and pricing.
