This is an exciting and new opportunity within the HR CoE team which plays an important and integral part supporting the total COE. The role will primarily focus on supporting with coordination activities within the Learning & Development and Talent Acquisition teams ensuring that the right content, access and support is provided to ensure a smooth delivery across BAU and project activities. The role will flex support in different parts of the COE based on demand and workload. Learning coordination support Responsible for uploading content and supporting the management of programmes within the LMS. Ensures all content and programmes are available in the LMS, taking an active role in building and improving functionality and content. Builds programmes in the LMS, sending out comms, uploading training and content management. With support from IT / HRIS, helps with trouble shooting and resolving issues with LMS via the service desk. Supports with reporting and extracting outputs from all HR COE systems as part of regular COE cadence where requested. Budget coordination and tracking Supports across the HR COE to track and manage the budget, ensuring all spend is accounted for, driving regular cadence across the HR COE team to provide a transparent and up to date view on budget spend. Supports HRD COE with feeding budget up and into CPO / Finance to ensure consolidation into total HR budget. Supports activities during annual budget review and AP. Team and project coordination and support Provides coordination and administrative support to the HR COE team to organise key meetings and calls with stakeholders, as part of project / plan deliverables and or HR COE cadence meetings. Supports with workshop / training coordination and reporting on all projects and/or training programmes as set up and directed by COE Lead. Supports across the COE with project coordination for key initiatives where required. Supports with systems access and queries / issues for all HR COE systems with guidance from COE Leads. Supports on ad hoc requests related to HR COE where required. Vendor management Supports across the HR COE team ensure management of suppliers, which may include supplier set up, payment queries and invoice management, to organising supplier visits, meetings, coordination of activities, supporting programme delivery etc. and manages / directs any supplier queries to the relevant internal lead to enable resolution. Provides support and coordination in all relevant activities for the HR COE team. TA Data Integrity Provide support in processing of hiring requisitions, role profiles, scopes of work and contractor IR35 checks within ATS (ICIMS). Act as a Nomad food superuser, maintaining and updating the system when required. Maintain TA trackers and managing Nomad Foods recruitment email inbox and ensuring prompt response to enquirers as necessary. TA Coordination Support with TA coordination of scheduling interview and facilitating assessments and/ or interview testing. Raise offers on ICIMS and send to HRC for processing. Perform right to work checks trust ID. Monitor role approvals status on ICIMS and escalate when necessary. Liaise with PG group for daily rate contractors processing and complete IR35 assessment via Qods. Highly organised, and detail focused self-starter, with a strong orientation towards data and digital enablement.
