HR Officer Eco2Solar are pleased to announce a new and exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join the UKs largest and most successful Solar PV installer (who were recently invested in by EON) as a HR Officer, based in our Kidderminster office. About the role We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven HR professional who is looking for their next step on the HR career ladder within a highly reputable and growing company. You will work closely with the HR Business Partner to support the vital role that HR plays in supporting the organisations culture to ensure as positive and collaborative working environment. Reporting to the HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for delivering the fundamental HR services across the business that support staff well-being, learning & development, and ensure best practices in recruitment, employee retention, and on-going professional development. About you We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about HR who is self-motivated with a positive can do attitude. Someone that has a background and experience in HR practices, systems and a strong understanding of UK employment law. You will need to be highly organised, with excellent communication skills and great attention to detail. Educated to CIPD level 3 level with a desire to progress to level 5. Ideally you would have additional experience within recruitment and resourcing to support in the fast paced growth of the business.
