You will join us on a full-time basis 37 hours per week and in return you will receive a competitive salary of between £22,945 and £23,519 per annum, plus staff benefits. About the role: Based at Cambridge Campus with an opportunity for hybrid working once established in the role. Providing first line support for administration of user accounts for our core management information systems. Assisting the Exams, MIS, Student Administration, Registers & Timetabling teams with data administrative tasks as needs dictate. What we are looking for in our role: Previous experience of having worked in an office environment desirable. However candidates with no previous, experience where this may be their first job role after leaving college will be considered if other attributes are met. Skills and abilities Good IT Skills, including experience using Microsoft Office products. Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy & attention to detail throughout repetitive tasks. Ability to follow instructions and pick up new tasks easily. Ability to work independently or within a team dynamic. Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines. Good communication and people skills. Good administrative and organisation skills.
