Known internally, as an Analyst - Cashbook, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining the accuracy and timeliness of our financial records, ensuring our bank and balance sheet accounts are reconciled to the highest standards. In this role, you'll work collaboratively across teams such as Treasury, Working Capital, and Revenue Accounting, and gain exposure to various aspects of financial accounting. Day to day Manage accurate reconciliations of global bank and balance sheet general ledger accounts. Process end-to-end cashbook postings, including unremitted sales for allocated accounts. Support investigations into aged and unreconciled items, collaborating with relevant teams. Assist with month-end tasks, external audit queries, and ERP system testing. Provide support for sales-to-cash reconciliation and cashbook suspense accounts. Contribute to financial projects, ensuring high standards and team collaboration. About you Good technical and operational accounting skills, with an eagerness to learn. Previous experience with accounting processes, including general ledger exposure. Strong ability in account analysis, reconciliation, and handling foreign currencies. Intermediate to advanced Excel skills; experience with Oracle Financials is a plus. Proven ability to manage priorities, deliver under pressure, and maintain high accuracy. Studying towards a professional accounting qualification (e.g., AAT, ACCA, ACA) would be advantageous.
