Working Foreman
Start Date - Monday 3rd March 2025
Pay Rate - £250 per day CIS, £190 Per day PAYE
Location - Romsey, Hampshire
We are working on a large residential project in the Romsey area and we are looking for a working foreman to join the existing site team. This is an ongoing position with the possibility of a permanent position to follow. You will be required to oversee the on-site trades and check on the works being carried out. The ideal applicant would come from a carpentry background.
Your duties will include:
1. Carrying out tool box talks
2. Overseeing trades and day-to-day work activities
3. Liaising with management and clients
You must have:
1. SMSTS or SSSTS
2. Relevant trade qualification
3. Previous site experience
Standard Hours: Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm
