Your key responsibilities - Carrying out analysis in accordance with analytical schedules/specifications. - Reporting results of In Process/Final Product/Raw Material/Stability samples. - Reporting analytical results in LION, Excel or as instructed. - Non routine analysis as required. - Monitoring environmental and waste streams. - Investigating Out of Specification results. - Sample collection and appropriate storage/retention as required. - Operating, calibrating, and maintaining laboratory equipment. - Providing a troubleshooting analytical service to the operate and improve plant teams. - Prepare laboratory reagents and standards. - Assist with Supplier, Customer, and site deviation investigations. - Providing support and training to the process teams on GMP, ISO and Quality issues. - Maintaining up to date documentation in the laboratory area (e.g., analytical methods, COSHH, manual handling assessments, risk assessments etc.). - Must operate within the policies and practices of the company and within laws relating to employment. You bring - Successful candidates will ideally have a qualification in a Chemistry related subject and have a minimum of 2 years relevant industrial experience. - Candidates will have a good knowledge of analytical techniques, GMP and GLP. - Other essential behavior is being flexible, self-motivated and attention to detail.
