The International Markets Manager will develop and implement an international markets strategic plan to achieve annual objectives and align with our overall expansion objectives and opportunities. They will ensure international market opportunities are identified and maximised, clearly setting out the cost benefit impacts to AAT and identify and engage with new partners and opportunities that create value for AAT and its communities.
Major objectives
* Develop a BD engagement plan for key international markets and oversee the delivery of the plan working with MD Director and Head of MD on overall engagement responsibilities.
* Open, progress and secure new international opportunities with partner PAOs against agreed objectives and targets aligned with our international strategy.
* Identify and pursue partnership opportunities, proactively engaging decision-makers and establish qualified stakeholder and partner meetings.
* Be the main point of contact for all international activity across here and manage, track and monitor progress of new and existing relationships in each market.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in key markets. Implement account management to existing partners, identifying opportunities for growth and risks to current provision.
* Work with teams across to maximise the potential of our international markets development and working collaboratively to maximise its success and ensure compliance of internation regulation and laws.
* Ensure international priorities are reflected and embedded in our market development, engagement and marketing plans, and the needs of international partners and customers are met.
What are we looking for?
* Experience of negotiating commercial contracts for services in an international setting.
* Experience of income generation through third-party partnerships.
* Proven experience in international business to business sales/business development and relationship building.
* Successful track record of securing business with new large accounts.
* Good written and presentation skills both in person and digitally.
* Strong negotiating influencing and persuading skills.
* Project management techniques, including briefing and scheduling.
