You will join a great team and proactively help shape, manage, and deliver our largest technology-enabled business transformation programs across prestigious clients. You will also support building our capabilities, including mentoring junior team members and leveraging KPMG Velocity to grow our AI-driven advisory services.
You will build global relationships and access expert networks to address client needs, communicating compelling solutions to complex problems. You will foster constructive working relationships across teams, functions, and countries.
ERP Programme Manager Responsibilities:
* Leading and supporting the delivery of large Oracle-enabled business transformation programs.
* Engaging with C-level executives to shape their transformation agendas involving Oracle, SAP, or Workday.
* Providing leadership, management, and coaching to project teams and junior staff.
* Managing project scope, costs, quality, benefits, risks, and timelines.
* Developing and maintaining strong client relationships and stakeholder engagement.
* Building internal and industry networks to meet client needs.
* Supporting practice growth through initiatives and business development, including bid responses and commercial proposals.
* Ensuring best practices in reporting and governance.
* Staying updated on Cloud ERP industry trends.
* Managing programme and project management tools and techniques.
* Contributing to the global people agenda through people management and mentoring.
We seek passionate, motivated individuals with strong consulting skills who can work with senior executives to deliver large, multi-year SAP-enabled transformations. Preferred backgrounds include:
* Extensive experience in delivering large-scale ERP programs across industries.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Strong understanding of Programme & Project Management techniques and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
* Knowledge of drivers for ERP-enabled business change.
* Experience in proposal and bid development, with an entrepreneurial spirit.
* Industry-recognized qualifications (PRINCE2, MSP, PMI, PPM).
* Strong financial and commercial acumen.
* Exceptional leadership qualities and commitment to ethical practices.
* Ability to motivate and coach teams, including offshore elements.
