Dynamics 365 F&O Application Consultant – Shortlisting/interviewing immediately
Job Purpose:
We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 F&O Application Consultant to analyse business requirements, design and implement high-quality solutions, and deliver customizations, integrations, and new functionalities within the Dynamics 365 environment. You will have the opportunity to work across both Dynamics 365 CE and F&O, driving strategic improvements and collaborating with a dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
* Analyse business processes and provide technical guidance on Dynamics 365 solutions.
* Collaborate with internal and external teams to design, develop, and deploy customizations and integrations.
* Create detailed delivery plans, estimate resources, and secure budgets for changes.
* Conduct design playback sessions and gather stakeholder feedback.
* Provide training and technical support to ensure successful adoption of changes.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest updates and features in D365 and related technologies.
* Lead or support project management and business analysis efforts, ensuring projects are completed on time.
Skills & Experience:
* 6+ years of experience in D365 implementations (D365 F&O and Sales, Marketing, Power Platform).
* Strong project management experience (Agile, Waterfall) and technical leadership.
* Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
* Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI is desirable.
* A proactive mindset with a passion for process optimization and system improvement.

Hybrid flexibility with office-based work in Birmingham.
